Jo has acquired extensive personal and professional experience of relocation having lived in Yorkshire, Paris, London, Jersey, and for the past 18 years, Guernsey.
Following many years in Paris as a professional events’ organiser, Jo became involved in the property industry whilst living in Jersey and subsequently founded a successful pan-island relocation consultancy in Guernsey and Jersey.
She joined Locate Guernsey as Director in November 2018 and is passionate about helping potential new residents understand the benefits that Guernsey offers to those who choose to relocate to the island to live and work.
Christine is a MCIPD qualified HR & Resourcing professional with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of resourcing, in particular direct sourcing methodologies. She started her career in the UK working in Graduate and Intern Recruitment for international banks before moving to Guernsey in 2008 where she has further solidified her career in recruitment at RBC Wealth Management, HSBC, Specsavers and a local recruitment agency before setting up People Like Us Limited.
Offering a dedicated, personalised, and bespoke recruitment service is key to her success, where she has built a reputation for her open and honest approach, working collaboratively and in the best interests of both clients and candidates.
James graduated from London South Bank University with First Class Honours in 2010. He established JG Architecture in early 2013, a Chartered practice under CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologist) and has built up comprehensive Planning experience for private new builds, listed buildings, residential development and commercial projects locally.
James leads JGA ensuring highly focused design and building solutions, retains clear pre-construction phases for clients and maintains an honest and responsive service.
Outside of work, James loves leisure time with his young family, is passionate about golf and also takes a keen interest in interior design trends and new material developments.
Justine is a Client Adviser and Head of the Wealth Management team in Guernsey. Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2021, Justine was Head of Private Banking, Guernsey for Kleinwort Hambros. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the Private Client Investment Advice qualification.
Awards achieved include City Wealth Private Banker of the Year (Channel Islands & Isle of Man) 2021 and she is ranked as the Top Recommended Private Client Advisor for HNW’s and UHNW’s in the 2022 and 2023 Spears Index for Best Wealth Managers.
Justine moved to Guernsey aged 6 (Parents were relocators!) and still gets that ‘happy glad to be home’ feeling each time the plane comes into land. Regardless of the time of year one of Justine’s favourite things to do is to walk the family dog along the island's cliff paths.
Nathan is a Client Adviser in the Guernsey Wealth Management Team, having joined in 2021. For the previous two decades, Nathan has had extensive experience in Business Development and Relationship Management positions with other Private Banks in Guernsey. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, holding the Investment Advice Diploma, along with other various Banking qualifications.
Nathan was awarded Private Banker of the year at the Citywealth IFC Awards in 2020. He is also ranked in ‘Top Recommended 2023 UHNW Wealth Managers’ in the Spears 500.
As a ‘Guernsey boy’ married with four children, in his spare time he and the family enjoy making the most of island life by spending time on the beaches and travelling across to Herm and Sark.
Neil specialises in all aspects of UK tax compliance and advice undertaken for Trusts and Offshore Companies, and in UK taxation of employee benefit trusts and pension schemes.
He also specialises in FATCA and the implications for local businesses to implement cost-effective ways of dealing with the regulations.
Nick works in the residential sales department focussing on Open Market and high value Local Market sales. With his passion for customer service and delivering results, Nick has built a strong reputation for his approachability and friendly manner coupled with sensible and honest advice.
Born and educated in Guernsey at Elizabeth College, Nick held a number of customer centric roles prior to moving into estate agency and has built up over a decade of experience on the front line of the Guernsey property markets.

Lynne is an author, broadcaster, journalist and relocator to Guernsey. Her podcast ‘A Guide to Luxury’ has reached 53 countries worldwide, with her four non-fiction books, published by Luath Press, forming its backbone.
She became the youngest ever all-speech radio presenter in the UK when she joined Talk 107 at the age of 22 and for the past 15 years, she has worked across newspapers, magazines, radio and television and with brands such as Burberry, Chanel, Céline and Mulberry. This is in tandem with being Brand Guardian of Scotland’s oldest artisan tartan mill, DC Dalgliesh. In that time, Lynne has amassed tens of thousands of swatches across all of their mills making her the owner of the largest personal library of tartan on the planet.
As well as being a mother to three young boys, who are currently her CEOs, she moved to Guernsey two years ago with her husband to change her family’s lifestyle. What she found was mind-blowing and surpassed all expectations. She says their reality is like living in an Enid Blyton book, watching their children flourish on this idyllic little island, swimming in the sea and cycling daily - ‘It’s an absolute dream.’
Marc relocated to Guernsey from Switzerland in 2018 with his wife and four sons. Having studied Mathematics at Cambridge University and AI for his Masters at Sussex University, his expertise lies in AI and tech start-ups.
Previously Marc was a professional interest rate trader, builder of AI systematic trade systems and AI poker players, but he now runs unbundled vc. Bringing a founder mentality to investing in early-stage start-ups, which are typically digital tech, Marc works from a local co-working space.
Brenda relocated with her husband from Cape Town to Guernsey earlier this year and was involved with the set-up and establishment of a new investment management business in Guernsey, Ci Global Fund Managers ICC Ltd as their Managing Director.
In a short space of time Brenda has embraced island life, reduced her commute times and is spending more time with her family in a safe, secure and stable environment all whilst running an international business office from Guernsey.
Ed is the CEO of EDR Limited a bespoke geophysical consultancy supporting energy operators globally. The business is headquartered in Guernsey and works for clients such as ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies and Shell whilst also supporting several clients within the renewable energy market.
